The staff members were excelling in assisting our needs.

The room was really small, and coping with my three suitcases was a real challenge as they took up the entire walkway within the room. Additionally, the hotel's location in the red light district made me feel uneasy at times, with groups of men lingering outside. The lobby also felt cramped when full of guests, which made checking in and out slightly uncomfortable.

Straight talk, worth it or not?

Location is fantastic , just moments from the train. Staff was super friendly and provided complimentary snacks and drinks, adding a thoughtful touch to the stay.

The room felt a bit cramped for our luggage , with limited storage options that could be improved.

Loved the walk-in shower and the great AC. The room had plenty of power outlets, making charging devices easy. Enjoyed the small fridge—a real plus! I felt like a VIP having access to the rooftop to unwind with drinks.

Felt so taken care of, no reason to complain.

The room was great with super comfy beds and a nice fridge for late-night snacks. I really enjoyed unwinding at the on-site sauna and sipping tea during my stay. Just a heads-up, the shampoo and body wash could use some improvement, but overall I had a fantastic time! 😊

The location is a gem! Just a 1-2 minute stroll from Akabane South exit, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and even a Don Don Donki. Plus, the free ochazuke and afternoon tea from 8 PM to 10 PM are delightful surprises that add charm to your stay. The charming staff go above and beyond, providing complimentary tea, toiletries, and even hair oil for those frizzy hair emergencies!

Rooms are quite small.

The Double Room was really comfy! The bed was fantastic, super soft and clean. Loved the little fridge for snacks and drinks. Plus, the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The design felt modern and cozy. Just a heads up, it was a bit snug for our luggage, so we ended up shuffling things around a bit.
